Shift Production Supervisor – 2nd Shift

We are looking for a hands-on, safety-focused Shift Production Supervisor to join our team on the 2nd Shift . In this critical leadership role, you will direct and coordinate production activities to ensure high-quality output, operational efficiency, and full compliance with company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise shift personnel, ensuring all work is performed safely and in accordance with Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) procedures
• Monitor production processes to maintain environmental compliance
• Act as the primary management representative for all matters during off-shifts
• Coordinate production activities to meet daily and weekly schedules
• Provide hands-on support to troubleshoot production and maintenance issues
• Ensure all processes follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Prepare and maintain accurate production documents and records
• Ensure necessary tools, supplies, and resources are available for the team
• Oversee special projects and trials as assigned by management
• Develop and support direct reports through coaching and guidance
• Escalate any critical issues or situations requiring senior management involvement

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related discipline OR minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing/production environment
• ERP system experience (preferred)
• Google Suite (Gmail, Sheets, Docs, etc.) experience (preferred)

Work Environment & Physical Demands: This position is based in a production environment and requires:

• Climbing stairs and ladders
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs.
• Extensive walking, standing, bending, and lifting
• Exposure to dust, noise, and seasonal temperature changes (outdoor elements)
