Ready to shape what’s trending in jewelry? As an Assistant Buyer at Signet Jewelers, you’ll help spot design fresh products and build must-have assortments with our Buyers. Connect with vendors, join creative meetings, and turn ideas into real results. Stay agile in a fast-paced market, set up new products, and support sales and inventory goals. You’ll keep reports on point, help forecast trends, and team up with marketing and visual pros to make our displays pop. Dive in and grow your career with us!

Responsibilities

• Jewelry Know-How: Team up with buyers to check out the latest jewelry trends and pitch fresh ideas for future drops
• Spot & Set Trends: Keep your eyes on what’s trending and curate collections everyone will want
• Vendor Relationships: Join meetings and help turn wild concepts into actual products.
• Hit Your Goals: Work with your team to smash sales, keep inventory tight, and boost those margins
• Stay Agile: Be ready to pivot and tackle whatever new challenges pop up
• Forecast & Connect: Help predict sales and work with vendors on quality, pricing, and delivery
• Reporting: Make sure all reports and product info are always updated and on point
• Marketing & Magic: Fact-check ad content, support campaigns, and create eye-catching store displays that get noticed
• Overall: Share updates, manage projects, and stay connected with stores and partners

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Fashion Merchandising or similar is a plus
• 1+ year(s) of experience in buying
• Clear communication, attention to detail, organized mindset, and being comfortable working with numbers
• Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), RMS, and Business Objects
• Possible travel based on specific brand and merchandise categories
• Open to working in spaces that require metal-free zones and following security guidelines
