  • Oversee food preparation, packaging, and presentation to ensure quality and brand consistency
  • Supervise and support catering staff during event setup, service, and breakdown
  • Maintain compliance with food safety and handling standards
  • Manage catering inventory, supplies, and vendor relationships
  • Monitor catering budgets, invoices, and expenses to ensure profitability
  • Handle payments and cash transactions accurately when required
  • Address client questions or concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction and repeat business

What You Bring

  • Proven experience in catering operations or restaurant event management
  • Strong understanding of food safety and food handling regulations
  • Ability to manage multiple events and priorities simultaneously
  • Experience overseeing staff and providing training and leadership
  • Strong financial acumen, including budget management and cost control
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to problem-solve quickly in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in quick-service or fast-casual restaurant operations preferred
  • Bar or beverage program experience is a plus

Work Requirements

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed for events
  • Ability to stand and move for extended periods
  • Ability to lift and transport catering equipment and supplies (up to 50 lbs)
  • Comfortable working both on-site and off-site at event locations
