Corporate/M&A Associate (Tier 1 Practice)

I am representing an elite, award-winning Law firm seeking a high-performing Corporate Associate to join their Tier 1-ranked Corporate Practice Group. This is a rare chance to step away from the traditional "siloed" associate experience. You will work directly with senior partners on sophisticated M&A transactions, gaining immediate client exposure and substantive deal-room responsibility.
Key Responsibilities
Draft and negotiate complex M&A and corporate governance documents, including purchase agreements, employment agreements, and NDAs.
Manage and coordinate transactions directly with clients and opposing counsel.
Actively participate in business development with the support of a dedicated firm budget.
Qualifications
Experience: 2-8 years of sophisticated M&A and corporate experience.
Skills: Exceptional drafting, negotiation, and communication abilities.

Salary and Other Compensation
The annual base salary for this position is between $200,000 – $290,000. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
