About the Role

We are currently looking to hire two (2) highly detail-oriented Temporary Data Entry Specialists. In this role, you will directly support the Health and Nutrition team by ensuring that vital student health documents are accurately digitized and maintained. This is an excellent opportunity for focused professionals who excel in fast-paced, accuracy-driven environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately input and update sensitive information from various student health documents into the internal database.
• Process and manage records pertaining to student health, dental, vision, and medication files.
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality and data integrity at all times.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel and Adobe to organize, track, and manage digital files efficiently.

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of dedicated data entry experience is highly preferred.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (specifically Excel) and Adobe is required.
• Language: Bilingual in Spanish is a strong plus, though not required.
• Attributes: Exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently in an office environment.
