Job Overview

6 month internship for graduates.

We are looking for an exceptional design intern to join our growing creative team. We seek a well-rounded, creative individual who will bring enthusiasm and initiative.

This is a great opportunity for a newly graduated designer to work across a variety of healthcare projects. The work is always different and spans a broad range of media. From developing branded materials for medical symposia, to creating engaging clinical slide decks, to designing eye-catching infographics—no day is the same. Working closely with the scientific, editorial, and account teams, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with our full team.

Our ideal candidate will have expert knowledge of the big three Adobe apps (Id, Ai, and Ps), as well as experience with the Microsoft Office suite of of programs (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). Any experience of other presentation platforms (Keynote, Figma etc), and of motion design and video production, including use of Adobe Pr and Ae, is a bonus.

We’ll be looking for someone with excellent time management, is a good communicator, and is able to work both collaboratively and independently while juggling multiple concurrent assignments.

Core Responsibilities

• Works closely with all departments to create memorable materials across a range of media for clients and new business pitches
• Creates custom images/graphic elements, data visualization/infographics, and charts/graphs/figure redraws
• Creates original artwork files from brand guidelines
• Provides production assistance as needed (inputting edits/corrections)
• Ad hoc print and digital design requests (image retouching, stock image searches, icon creation, portfolio/pitch mockups)

Experience/Skills Required

• Demonstrates superior design skills and abilities
• Ability to take a project from the initial brief to a successful and timely completion
• Detailed, organized, and deadline-oriented, with excellent time-management skills
• Expert knowledge of Adobe CS (InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator)
• Experience with Microsoft Office suite of programs (especially PowerPoint) preferred
• Keynote, Figma, After Effects and Premier Pro proficiency is a bonus
• Excels at working both collaboratively and independently
• Confident, proactive, and adaptable
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

• Diploma or degree in graphic design or a related subject
