Job Description:

As an Entry Level Sales Representative, you will use your communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and trained product knowledge to increase customer engagement, drive sales, and help ensure that each customer leaves with a positive experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with Our Products and Customers : Work with our trainers to build sales and marketing skills for our offered products and services, and utilize these strategies to inform customers of our products and pique their interest.
• Problem Solving : Manage any inquiries or concerns with professionalism and integrity, working with the customers and your team to find new solutions to niche customer needs.
• Sales : Use your understanding of our products to match customers with the right products and services for them, driving sales with innovative solutions and communication.
• Collaboration and Growth : Work closely with your team to keep up with new products and marketing strategies, ensuring you are always equipped to handle customer questions.
• Customer Service : Bring excellent customer service when in our stores, able to ensure that our customers are informed on our products, matched with the correct services, and leave happy and satisfied.

Qualifications:

• Customer Service Experience (3+ months).
• Interest in sales or marketing.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Adaptable to learn new products and promotions quickly.
• Growth oriented with a passion for helping others.
• GED or High School Diploma.
