Job Description

Insight Global is seeking an experienced Epic Radiant Analyst to work for one of our largest healthcare organizations. This role will focus on providing day‑to‑day operational support for the Epic Radiant module, including troubleshooting, ticket resolution, workflow optimization, and support for minor enhancements and upgrades. The ideal candidate has strong Radiant build and support experience, is comfortable working cross‑functionally with clinical and technical stakeholders, and can thrive in a fully remote , fast‑paced healthcare environment.

This position is beginning as a 3-month contract, with the possibility of extensions!

Responsibilities:

  • Application Support & KLO Operations — Provide day‑to‑day support for the Epic Radiant module, including troubleshooting, break/fix resolution, workflow issues, and system monitoring to ensure consistent operational performance.
  • Ticket Management — Triage, analyze, and resolve incoming service requests and incidents; collaborate with clinical and operational stakeholders to understand issues and deliver timely solutions.
  • Minor Project Work — Participate in small to mid‑sized enhancement efforts such as workflow refinements, configuration updates, template adjustments, and integration touchpoints with ancillary systems.
  • Upgrade Readiness & Testing — Review Epic release notes, assess impact to Radiant workflows, perform system and regression testing, validate functionality, and support go‑live activities for quarterly upgrades.
  • Build & Configuration — Configure new features introduced through upgrades or organizational initiatives, including exam protocols, imaging workflows, worklists, rules, and related Radiant components.
  • Documentation & Knowledge Sharing — Maintain clear documentation of build decisions, workflows, test scripts, and support processes; contribute to team knowledge bases and training materials.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration — Work closely with Radiology leadership, technologists, providers, and IT teams to ensure system changes align with clinical needs and organizational goals.
  • Continuous Improvement — Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, reduce manual effort, improve system reliability, and enhance the end‑user experience.

Must Have:

  • Radiant certification
  • 3 years of experience supporting Radiant modules
