Estate Manager – UHNW Private Residences
A UHNW family office is seeking an experienced Estate Manager to oversee the operations, maintenance, and staff coordination for exceptional private residences.
This role is ideal for a polished professional who understands the standards of luxury homes and can manage properties, teams, and vendors with discretion and precision.
Responsibilities
• Oversee day-to-day operations of luxury residences and surrounding grounds
• Manage household staff, vendors, and contractors
• Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and preventative property care
• Ensure homes are always guest-ready and operating at the highest standards
• Support principals, family members, and guests with seamless service
• Maintain strict confidentiality, privacy, and security awareness
Ideal Background
• 5–15+ years managing UHNW estates or luxury private residences
• Strong leadership and vendor management skills
• Knowledge of luxury home systems and property maintenance
• Highly organized, proactive, and discreet
• Flexible schedule and willingness to travel as needed
