The Role

• The Focus: Lead the charge on banquets and special events while supporting daily operations for our upscale-casual restaurant.
• The Mentor: We’re looking for a "coach" mentality. You’ll be instrumental in training and developing the next generation of culinary talent.
• The Creativity: You’ll have a seat at the table for seasonal menu development and modern culinary innovation.

• Salary: $64,000 – $70,000 base

What You Bring to the Table

• Experience: Proven success as a Banquet Chef or Sous Chef in high-end dining or elevated hospitality.
• Skillset: Experience with fine dining techniques and exposure to diverse international cuisines.
• Leadership: A track record of managing inventory, food safety, controlling food and labor costs, and motivating a team.
• Education: A degree or certification in Culinary Arts is preferred.
