Experienced Residential HVAC Installer

We are a Quality residential Plumbing/HVAC company focusing on new additions, renovations, and Service Work. We are currently looking for an experienced Residential HVAC Installer with experience in new construction, Installs, Ductwork, and Service Work. Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years experience as Lead Installer.
• Perform consistent Quality Refrigeration Practices.
• Working Knowledge of AC Systems, Heat Pumps, Furnaces, Mini Splits, Boilers, UV Lights, Air Cleaners, and all types of Duct Work.
• Install HVAC-related equipment according to the manufacturer’s specifications.
• Wire both line and low voltage to heating and cooling equipment.
• Install copper refrigerant lines to air conditioning units, including Quality Soldering and Brazing.
• Properly connect gas lines to heating equipment.
• Receive, verify, and load all equipment and materials needed for each job.
• CFC Universal.
• Take pride in work and provide consistent quality installs.
• Show up for work consistently.
• Must participate in On-Call rotation.
• Be able to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, bend, twist, stand, and reach repetitively.
• Be able to work in hot, cold, damp, or cramped environments.
• Must be comfortable working in Crawl Spaces & Attics.
• Must have most all necessary tools.
• The ability to Estimate jobs is a PLUS.
• Good Customer Service Skills.
• Poor Attendance and Tardiness will not be tolerated.
• Service Experience a PLUS.
• The ability to install Tankless Water Heaters is a PLUS.
• Clean Background and Drivers License.

Nuckols Plumbing & Gas has Two lines of work. We do high end residential remodel work in and around Richmond and residential and light commercial Service.
