Job Description

a Cena Ristorante is a high volume Italian restaurant located in the Sellwood-Westmoreland Neighborhood. Our menu is classic seasonal Italian fare heavily influenced by the farms, meat purveyors, fisherman & foragers we source from. We are looking to add one full time person (4-5 shifts per week) to our small team. This position is for someone with hot line experience.

We have a small staff, cleanliness, sense of urgency, passion for food and attention to detail is incredibly important. A positive attitude and willingness to learn are as valuable as the experience you bring. We work hard to maintain an inclusive, collaborative work environment, this is not the kitchen for big egos. All staff members work several stations throughout the week. There is plenty of space to build skills (pasta making, butchery, seafood) or apply ones you already have.

Full time cooks work 4 or 5 shifts per week, hourly is DOE + tips (averaging $5-7/hr) Please include a resume and a little info about yourself. We look forward to hearing from you.
