General Manager – Café and Coffee Shop

$79,000 - $86,000 + Bonus

We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead a new café and coffee shop opening soon. This fast-growing, locally based brand is recognized for sourcing premium coffees from local roasters and serving exceptional drinks and fresh food in a vibrant, inspiring environment.

Your Role with the Company:

The General Manager leads the cafe, ensuring the experience meets the company's values through exemplary service and building connections with guests and team members.

Hire, train, motivate, and inspire others to have fun and create a better experience with every transaction
Enforce brand standards and expectations such as proper uniform, cleanliness, and recipe adherence
Ensure that all financial (invoices, reporting) and personnel/payroll related administrative duties are completed accurately and on time
Develop employees by providing ongoing feedback, establishing performance expectations and by conducting performance reviews
Champion a safe, harassment-free and discrimination-free workplace
Lead the team with efficiency, respect, friendliness, professionalism, knowledge, patience, awareness, compassion, courtesy, and initiative

Your Qualifications:

Minimum 3+ years of experience as a General Manager for a $2.5M+ café, QSR, or full-service restaurant
High volume drive-thru experience required
Excellent leadership, organization, and communication skills
A motivated, organized, charismatic individual who is eager to lead a successful team
New location opening experience preferred
