The Big Task

As an  HVAC Lead Installer , you'll lead installation projects, ensuring heating and cooling systems are installed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards while mentoring and guiding team members.

Key Sub Tasks

• Lead HVAC installation projects, managing all aspects of residential system installations

• Supervise and support assistants, ensuring proper techniques, safety, and quality standards are followed

• Troubleshoot complex installation issues and provide solutions to ensure system performance and reliability

• Communicate effectively with customers, explaining the installation process, system operation, and maintenance requirements

• Coordinate materials, tools, and equipment to ensure installations are completed on time and within specifications

• Maintain accurate records of installations, materials used, and any relevant site notes

• Collaborate with dispatch, sales, and operations teams to ensure smooth project workflow and customer satisfaction

Desired Skills and Experience

If you have strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, and a commitment to quality workmanship, you'll thrive as an HVAC Lead Installer. You should have extensive HVAC installation experience, including troubleshooting complex systems, mentoring apprentices, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and codes.
