Native Nation Events Location: Virginia Beach, VA (In-Office)

 

Job Overview

Native Nation Events is a nationally recognized conference and training organization seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Inside Sales Executive to join our Woodcliff Lake team. This is an ideal opportunity for an individual looking to continue or launch a high-growth sales career in a fast-paced, supportive environment with ample room for professional advancement.

  • Job Type: Full-time
  • Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Location: 100% In-person (Virginia Beach, VA).
  • *Remote work is not available.
  • *Candidates must be local to the area; please note that relocation financial assistance is not provided.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: $45,000 per year, paid bi-weekly
  • Total Earning Potential: $70,000 – $80,000+ (Base + Uncapped Commission + Bonus)
  • Insurance: Health, Dental, and Vision insurance

Key Responsibilities

  • High-Volume Outreach: Conduct a minimum of 80 outbound calls per day to past and prospective attendees using our warm lead database.
  • Relationship Management: Build rapport and close sales by identifying and addressing client needs.
  • Activity Tracking: Meticulously track sales activity and follow-ups within our CRM software.
  • Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed individual sales targets.
  • Special Projects: Support the sales team with additional tasks and event-related projects as needed.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Experience: 1+ years of Sales and Phone Sales experience (Required).
  • CRM Proficiency: 1+ years of experience using CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot (Required).
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Tech Savvy: Familiarity with Microsoft Office.
  • Mindset: Strong work ethic, self-motivated, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Travel: Occasional travel to conferences and events (approximately 1–2 times per year) may be requested but is not required.
