This is a full-time, on-site role for a Physician Assistant at our San Antonio, TX location. The Physician Assistant will work closely with the medical team to assess, diagnose, and treat patients managing various pain conditions. Responsibilities include conducting patient consultations, performing physical exams, designing and adjusting treatment plans, documenting progress, coordinating care, and supporting procedures as needed. The role requires a strong commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care in a collaborative environment.

• Proficiency in conducting patient assessments, medical history reviews, and physical exams
• Experience in drafting and implementing individualized treatment plans
• Strong ability to document clinical progress and maintain accurate medical records
• Knowledge of pain management practices and related procedures
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
• Exceptional communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Certification as a licensed Physician Assistant (PA-C) with a recognized accreditation
• State licensure to practice as a Physician Assistant in Texas
• Previous experience in pain management or related medical fields is a plus
