Summary
The Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing shift operations, ensuring production team members meet performance expectations and daily production goals. This role supervises Machine Operators, Assemblers, and Material Handlers while maintaining efficiency, product quality, and adherence to safe manufacturing standards.
The supervisor is also responsible for employee training, production reporting, performance feedback, and coordinating routine maintenance and sanitation activities. This position requires a strong understanding of production processes and the ability to support operations directly on the production floor when needed.
