Project Manager – Water / Pump Systems

Inland Empire / Greater Los Angeles Area (Onsite)

A growing infrastructure services company is seeking a Project Manager to oversee pump repair and water system projects from start to finish.

This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who can manage projects, build client relationships, and drive execution across field, shop, and vendor teams.

Key Responsibilities

Project Execution & Delivery

• Manage projects from initiation through completion
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards
• Oversee scope, scheduling, and financial performance

Client & Business Development

• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients
• Identify and support new business opportunities
• Prepare project quotes, estimates, and formal bids

Cross-Functional Coordination

• Work closely with field crews, shop teams, subcontractors, and vendors
• Serve as the central point of communication across all project stakeholders

Technical Oversight

• Provide troubleshooting and technical guidance on pump and water system projects
• Support equipment diagnostics and performance optimization

Documentation & Reporting

• Develop project schedules, work orders, and closeout documentation
• Track key financial metrics and project performance

• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication across teams and clients
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, field-driven environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams)

Preferred Experience

• Pump systems (vertical turbine, submersible, booster pumps)
• Water wells, groundwater systems, or water infrastructure
• Construction or field-based project management
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving ability
