Position Summary

You lead the orchestration of a refined, fine dining experience, ensuring every dinner service reflects Forbes Five-Star precision, consistency, and personalized guest care. You oversee daily front-of-house operations, financial performance, and service execution while partnering closely with culinary leadership to build, develop, and retain a high-performing team. This role shapes the guest journey, elevates service standards, and drives operational excellence within a luxury dining environment.

What You Will Create

  • A seamless, high-touch dinner service where every detail aligns with Forbes Five-Star standards and delivers a memorable guest experience
  • Strong operational leadership across all front-of-house functions, from planning through execution, ensuring consistency, quality assurance, and readiness
  • A collaborative partnership with the outlet executive chef to attract, select, and retain top talent while fostering a professional and engaging workplace
  • Elevated dining offerings through input on menu development and alignment with curated wine programs alongside the sommelier
  • A culture of accountability and engagement by coaching, developing, and recognizing Associates to strengthen teamwork and performance
  • Financial discipline through oversight of revenues, expenses, payroll, and operating costs in alignment with approved budgets
  • Informed decision-making through regular review of daily financial reports and proactive operational adjustments
  • Exceptional guest satisfaction by consistently reinforcing Forbes Five-Star standards and delivering personalized, brand-aligned interactions
  • Thoughtful and timely resolution of guest concerns with a refined, guest-centric approach
  • Structured and consistent operations through the creation of standard operating procedures that support safety, clarity, and execution

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or 4 to 5 years of equivalent fine dining restaurant management experience
  • Experience in a Forbes Four or Five-Star restaurant preferred
  • Superior guest relations experience required
  • Strong wine knowledge preferred
  • Proven leadership and communication skills
  • Demonstrated experience in staff development and retention
  • Proficiency in financial management, accounting principles, and systems
  • Computer and systems proficiency
  • Ability to multitask, adapt to change, and problem-solve effectively
  • Must be able to speak English
