As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will identify, attract, assess, and recruit external talent exclusively for Judge Technical Staffing. Operating as a trusted partner and valued advisor, this position will build a deep understanding of the Judge’s service offerings, role requirements, and desired candidate profile. Majority of the hiring will be focused on US based sales leadership, enterprise sales executives, seasoned account executives, and technical recruiters. The Talent Acquisition Partner will facilitate a positive and successful candidate experience and ensure there is a qualified and diverse slate of candidates being presented for each internal opening.

Responsibilities:

50% Source, Attract & Evaluate Talent

  • Utilize diverse sourcing channels (cold calling, job boards, social media, referrals, etc.)
  • Market research- Evaluate talent potential for assigned positions and locations
  • Conduct initial phone, video, or in-person interviews
  • Leverage interview best practices for talent evaluation
  • Administrator pre-hire assessment tools
  • Promote company brand & awareness
  • Engage in passive & proactive outreach

25% Oversee Interview Process

  • Schedule interviews with hiring managers and their teams
  • Track candidate progress through ATS
  • Ensure internal hiring SLAs are met
  • Ensure positive candidate interview experience
  • Complete reference and background checks
  • Collaborate with hiring teams on interview feedback to determine hiring decision
  • Provide candidates feedback from their interviews
  • Present verbal and written offers

10% Onboarding

  • Collect required candidate onboarding documents
  • Partner with HR to ensure the candidate is compliant with completing all onboarding documents on time
  • Understanding of Judge benefits and ability to answer candidate questions
  • Coordinate with HM to confirm first-day details (Start date, desk set-up, equipment, etc.)

10% Internal Partner/ Advisor

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand position requirements
  • Provide managers with updates on recruiting efforts
  • Provide market intel (Salary, trends, competitors, etc.)

5% Manage External Job Postings & Social Media Platforms

  • Ensure jobs are advertised on all available platforms
  • Provide updates on social media on our internal openings and reinforce company brand and culture
  • Continue to explore additional sourcing channels

Success Metrics:

  • Achieve target placements per quarter- this will be determined based on business objectives
  • Manager and candidate satisfaction surveys
  • Interview time-base metrics

Experience Requirements:

  • Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting (Agency or Corporate)
  • Prior experience in Executive Search or Consulting
  • Working knowledge of Application Tracking Systems
  • Understanding of interview/selection techniques
  • Ability to learn a new job description and effectively identify candidates
  • Understanding of employment laws
  • Strong negotiating skills
  • Strong work ethic
  • Ability to work in a team setting or individually
