Territory Sales Representative

Position Overview

The Territory Sales Representative is responsible for developing new business relationships and driving sales growth for AIDC (Automatic Identification and Data Collection) products and services. This role focuses on prospecting, customer engagement, and delivering solutions that meet client needs. The position reports directly to the General Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting and networking
• Schedule and conduct face-to-face meetings to assess customer needs
• Present products and services, prepare quotes, and close sales
• Develop and deliver customer presentations and proposals
• Maintain and grow existing customer accounts
• Collaborate with internal customer service and management teams to ensure customer satisfaction
• Troubleshoot issues and resolve customer complaints as needed
• Develop and execute sales and marketing plans for territory growth
• Stay informed on industry trends, products, and services relevant to customers
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM systems
• Travel within the territory as required

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proven ability to influence and build relationships
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Self-motivated, proactive, and solution-oriented
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
