Robert Half's client is looking for a Video Producer (Senior Associate) – Social Media for a long-term contract role, through December 2026.

• 5–7 years experience
• Media/Newsroom background preferred
• Financial content a plus
• Long-term contract through Dec. 2026
• 5 days/week ONSITE in NYC

Our clients is one of the most followed financial brands, engaging millions across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and X. Their Social Media team is growing, and they're looking for a Video Producer to create fast, engaging, social‑first content that helps audiences improve their financial health.

What You’ll Do

• Produce social‑first videos from concept through delivery (storyboarding, scripting, shooting, editing) for paid and organic channels
• Translate financial topics—budgeting, credit building, fraud awareness—into clear, high‑impact content
• Partner with Social, Marketing, and in‑house experts to ensure alignment with brand guidelines and business goals
• Pitch and develop new video concepts, treatments, and production plans
• Manage publishing workflows: formatting, scheduling, and troubleshooting across platforms
• Track performance and optimize creative using data and insights
• Support junior producers and help maintain production quality and process consistency

What We're Looking For

• 5–7 years’ experience producing digital/video content (media, newsroom, agency, or corporate)
• Strong production skills: DSLR videography, audio, lighting
• Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro + After Effects
• Experience managing the full production lifecycle (pre‑pro → production → post)
• Deep knowledge of social platforms, formats, and best practices
• Ability to juggle multiple deadlines in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment
• Understanding of copyright, licensing, and fair use
• Strong aesthetic judgment (composition, color, typography)
• Bonus: animation, storyboarding, photography, or experience creating content for financial brands

***This is ONSITE 5 days/week in NYC***

The hourly range for this position is W2 $40-55/hr DOE. Benefits available to contract/temporary professionals, include medical, vision, dental, and life and disability insurance.
