Job Overview

1. Responsible for the construction of steam/ hot oil boiler systems and DI water systems construction

2. Oversee installation, commissioning, and regular maintenance of these systems.

3. Perform troubleshooting and maintenance to ensure safety and stable operation.

4. Conduct performance assessments and implement improvements.

5. Develop standards to ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations or code.

6. Evaluate and implement energy-saving initiatives.

7. Develop professional SOP for water systems.

Preferred Qualifications

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
  2. 3-5 years of experience with steam/hot oil boilers and DI water systems.
  3. In-depth knowledge of boiler systems, water treatment processes, and related equipment.
  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  5. Ability to work collaboratively with other engineering disciplines.
  6. Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
  7. Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, and BIM
  8. Professional proficiency in English sufficient to perform technical documentation, safety communication, and collaboration.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

  1. Regular, predictable on-site attendance is an essential function of this role.
  2. Ability to move throughout offices, manufacturing facilities, and construction areas, including walking, standing, bending, kneeling, and climbing stairs or ladders.
  3. Ability to lift and carry materials weighing up to 25–50 pounds, with occasional heavier lifting as required, with or without reasonable accommodation.
  4. Ability to work in varied environments, including offices, industrial, and construction settings.
  5. Willingness to travel to other job sites as business needs require.
