Gridnaut Recruiting is a staffing and recruiting firm that connects skilled professionals with contract and full-time opportunities at leading AI laboratories, technology companies, and enterprise clients. We specialize in AI evaluation, engineering, research, and professional domain roles.

Gridnaut Recruiting seeks medical professionals to author and review academic assessment content for an AI research initiative. Workers will create and verify rigorous multiple-choice questions across health domains while establishing benchmarks for AI capabilities.

Employment Type: Contract

Hourly Rate: $40-$90 USD

Commitment: 10+ hours/week

Work Arrangement: Asynchronous, fully remote

Location Requirement: US-based

Task Types:

- Question Authoring: Create original, challenging multiple-choice questions in your area of medical expertise, rate their difficulty, and submit them for review.

- Question Verification: Review pre-written questions for accuracy, clarity, and rigor, edit as needed, rate difficulty, and document changes.

Domains Covered:

Clinical Specialties & Practice, Anatomy & Physiology, Nutrition & Dietetics, Public Health & Epidemiology, Medical Genetics, Virology & Infectious Disease, Human Aging & Gerontology, Immunology, Physical Therapy, Pharmacology, Pathology, Miscellaneous Health & Medicine.

Key Responsibilities:

- Author questions testing deep conceptual understanding, not surface-level recall

- Ensure questions are unambiguous, self-contained, and precisely defined

- Rate difficulty (Medium/Hard/Expert)

- Provide 1 correct and 9 incorrect answer options

- Write step-by-step Chain-of-Thought solutions

- Supply 1-5 academic references per question

- Flag issues with clarity, completeness, precision, or solvability

Ideal Qualifications:

- MD, DO, PhD, or doctoral candidate in Medicine, Biomedical Sciences, Public Health

- Master's degree acceptable with exceptional subdomain expertise

- Graduate-level medical knowledge and clinical reasoning

- Board certification, clinical experience, or research publications preferred

- Strong written English skills

DURATION

Contract, ongoing with potential for extension based on performance. Approximately 20 hours per week.

COMPENSATION

$65 per hour (hourly contract).

LOCATION

Fully remote. US-based applicants only.
